I filed a claim but the app only allowed me to report one vehicle involved.
Ive tried for weeks to reach the assigned adjuster but his voicemail is full therefore I can not even leave a message.
Ive spent several many hours trying to resolve this accident report.
Im so very frustrated with Tesla Insurance. I truly regret changing my insurance from Allstate to Tesla.

It was a simple problem. The electrical lugs/connections on the Tesla charger had been tightened down at the factory with an impact driver.
The cheap proprietary bit included with the charger snapped in the 3rd lug as i tried to loosen it. I could have saved Tesla a bit of money by just getting the base of the charger replaced.
Due to the typical big corporation lack of response or customer support, I had my customer return the charger to Amazon immediately. Build quality and customer service get a negative1 star.

Tech rep was very helpful in resolving my issue.
I purchased a Tesla 3 yesterday from a Ford dealership and there was no learning curve from them so I was up to me navigate the cars computer. I accidentally put the car into valet mode.
I called to get help from tech and the rep helped me through the reset.
A big thank you to the tech rep. He took care of my problem.
Connect with Tesla solar in a home I recently purchased
I have been unable to add the solar and power walls to my Tesla app. I am logged in on my iPad and get to the point where it says take your device near a Tesla product.
I do, and nothing happens! When I try to log in on my phone, I get an access denied message.

Dear Support,
Im currently using a U.S.-issued debit card with a Visa (or MasterCard) logo, and it works normally for other purchases. However, when I try to use it for Teslas subscription services (e.g.
Premium Connectivity or FSD), the payment gets declined automatically.
The card is active and has sufficient funds. There are no issues with regular transactions, so I believe the decline is related to how Tesla processes subscription (recurring) payments.
Could you please let me know how to resolve this issue?
If Tesla requires a specific card type or setup for subscriptions, please advise.

I bought my 2025 Model 3 on May 28, 2025. The temp tag they gave me expired yesterday.
I always said that car was going to be registered in Miami, FL, and I took it for granted. Big mistake! They did what they felt like doing, giving me a temp tag and a paper ribbon that I only learned today was my registration, just saying that if the temp tag expired and I was stopped by the police, I would show the ribbon and Tesla would pay for the fine.
So I came to Miami, driving for two days beginning June 23, with more than enough time before expiration to register my car. But I couldn't! This neglectful dealership not only hasn't sent the e-title to TD Bank, but also hasn't sent me a piece of paper to present at a tag agency.
So today, after the tag expiration, they have left me helpless, tied hand and in jeopardy of every kind: I cannot move my car for the police might take it, can't drive back to MO where I have a job contract and a rental contract, and I left my cat alone since I left almost a week ago.
And the better part is, I have no idea when the heck I am going to be able to be on the road again.
That entire crew should be removed from Tesla forever. Neglect, bad work, and leaving a customer in the shade.

Customer service for insurance is nonexistent. Musk is quaility focused on good but not on services. Services does to not generate revenue satisfactorily for Musk.
Worst customer service experienced in any industry in more than 50 years.
Farmers Insurance found me at fault, but I most assuredly was not. So, I filed my claim with Tesla Insurance. I have been a lawyer for 33 years and I never was treated as Tesla representative, Bianca Greene, treated me. Today is 11/27/2024 and nothing has been done on my claim.
Worse yet, Tesla plays a game bad companies play - no way to reach a human. Great companies such as Charles Schwab are proud of its service and are happy to let you speak with an individual. Greene is still investigating my claim. Truth be told, 1 to 2 months apparently is normal according to certified repair facilities personnel.
Here is the rub in this case. I am elderly, 70, in poor health, and am planning on moving out of the country as soon as possible to join my bride in Vietnam. So, I begged Bianca on day one to expedite and explained my situation. Currently, I am living in a motel as we sold our home in May.
This has caused an inordinate amount of stress to me and I have been hospitalized twice for 8 days in total, largely due to stress. I reported this to Ms. Greene. No matter.
She says she may need another month to investigate a minor accident. Tesla controls where the work is done under contract. Failure to have work completed at a Tesla Certified facility vacates warranty. Tesla requires all parts used are new from Tesla.
My options are relatively limited as the amount of money in controversy appears to be around 11 grand which renders it to small claims. I considered doing, but Tesla would freeze the case until resolved. I have a qualified buyer but need the car fixed. I am in what, on the surface, appears to be a hopeless situation.
I am willing to go on national news exposing this unfair commercial practice. If Elon really was a good guy, he would spend 10 minutes of his time to clean up this mess.
His people here take complete advantage of him. If he were treated this way, people's heads would roll.

I was contacted by someone on telegram claiming to be Elon Musk. They said I would receive 500,000 and a Tesla.
They asked for fees to pay delivery and customs also another 200 fea for a card with picture and another for a registered ID card for 500 with a picture of Elon Musk and myself on it. All total about 2000 dollers

Was to by Zhu Thomas he connect me to Elon's private email. Elon talked to me over several days about fraud, then claimed he was going to help me but told me for coffee to $10,000.

Looking at the reviews here in broken English, you could tell the phone he written by Leftys and people that dont like the great things musk is doing for the country with his DOGE The reviews written here look Mosie to be written by the screwball Zeta burning Teslas. I wouldnt believe anything about Tesla that Ive read here everybody I know and believe me I hate electric cars but everybody I know that has a Tesla has zero complaints I firmly like gas engine does it enthusiast and dont care for Electric Biden mobiles, but to be honest, I dont know anybody that has a complaint about the Tesla.!The reviews written here look Mosie to be written by the screwballs that are burning Teslas. I agree the customer service is the worst. They hound you to buy but know once you drive off expect that to be the last human you speak with.
Luckily I was warned by a co worker and all the issues she faced. Elon musk just like you your company sucks!!!!
Elon doesn't seem to have much regard for anyone but himself (and possibly Trump, assuming government contracts ensue). The guy at the head of a company sets its tone, and I have to believe that Tesla's horrible customer service mirrors Musk's own misanthropy. PHOOEY!
