Trying to ask Tesla why they have decided to get out of the lease assumption business and have heard nothing from them. It is extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone at Tesla.

They do not accept emails and you cannot get a reply from Customer Service or get a call back. They never answer the phone.

The automated system sucks, too many options to have to filter through.
But mostly it was that they said the office closes at 3 and it was 10 til 3 when I called. Boooooo. I was however able to find the troubleshoot page which helped me a lot. I do prefer humans though so all the automation just feels cold and impersonal.

Two bad experiences in a row. First was collision repair on my S model. Then the delivery of my Cyber Truck was awful. Truck was filthy, charged to about 20%, no interaction to give me the basics of operation of truck, no wheel covers etc, etc, etc.
