I needed information for my accountant. He called it a Final Price Sheet.
I was directed to find it under Documents on the app. My app does not say Documents anywhere. I updated the app. Nothing.
I reached an AI chat that was very helpful but could not find what I needed either. She connected me to AJ, who worked with me almost 20 minutes to find what I needed.
It shouldnt be this hard. AJ was great!

I'm a victim of an online campaign of blackmail and threats to my family initially instrumented through a crypto scheme. As you can imagine,I was wary, but my faith is in Elon Musk more than almost any other person on the planet, so I did it. I need every penny right now and it's Tesla,the future of the future.
It's been one month exactly with no return,no contact and no way to contact them about it, so I did what I have done for three months.
I found my crypto myself.
It's in a mempool that I don't understand and in a month, it's gone to 5600 dollars worth of BTC.
Only the entity that initiated the pool can use it to retrieve an investment, and that is the Tesla company.
That 5600 would solve 90 percent of my current issues and I've had a lawyer looking into it since I found it at 400 this afternoon.
I need that money back or I'm going to lose everything.
Preferred solution: I want the entire generated amount in the mempool. I need that money

Good afternoon, dear representatives of Tesla. I bought a car at an IAA auction, a 2022 Tesla MY LR.
While the car was being shipped in the container, it was not connected to the Internet. The car is now in excellent technical condition, and there are no errors in it. I wanted to clarify if it is possible to remotely restore certificates and make it possible for me to start the car from the app on my phone.

Ive called this company 6 times in 20 minutes and it continues to say that the office is closed!!! This is during normal business hours that it says on their website!!! How can I contact someone that I can actually speak to for a simple question that would take two minutes??

We have just powered up our Powerwall system. My husband has the app working on his iPhone.
(djez55@***.com and 415-259-****) He has invited me to have access on my iPhone from his Tesla app.
The invitation comes to me, but when I try to create a new account, I enter my region, US, my name, and the blue NEXT button does nothing. We tried initially to set up the account with my email address and we were not able to make it connect, so we used djez55@***.com.

Extremely poor customer support
I need to change my login email (and contact email in general), but both the app and the support web page do not allow me to do this. To "solve" this, the app tells me to contact support, support tells me to do this using the app.
The customer service phone number is AI operated, service options offered do not include account changes/edits.
After spending hours working through this maze I found a phone number to try and talk to a representative, but this is only staffed until 3pm. Pretty minimal customer service, this should be easier...
Some one approach me to be pretend SIR ELON MUSK, but he is not

Verified ReviewerI wanted to share my experience with Tesla’s service process after a minor accident
I own a Tesla Model Y and recently got into a minor accident the front bumper was slightly damaged. It wasnt anything major, so I expected a quick fix.
Unfortunately, that was not the case.
I dropped off my car at the service center, and then it basically disappeared for three weeks. I couldnt get through to anyone at the service center they wouldnt answer calls, and when they did, they promised to call back but never did. It took three weeks just to replace a bumper!
Thats completely unacceptable.
I love the car itself, but the service experience was a huge disappointment. Tesla really needs to improve its after-sales support otherwise, it ruins the overall ownership experience.

Still awaiting a final response and resolution from Tesla.
And while the USB drive error may not seem bad, it causes issues and faults with the Sentry mode and dashcam where they don't work, and these features are some of the main reasons that I purchased the car, also making the car valuable to me and my family.
Despite this, even though the car is still under warranty, Tesla Service in Sacramento is trying to charge me for my ninth service center visit for this same issue. I have invoices for each, and again, each correlating visit has been under warranty, and now, even though my car is still under warranty, Tesla is trying to charge me for attempting to fix this for my ninth visit for this same issue.
